Ready Conference
"No Reservations"
CA Affinity's Ready Conference service allows you to hold a conference call without making reservations! Upon enrollment, you will be assigned a Ready Conference account number allowing you to hold a conference call instantly. Ready Conference, a fully automated conferencing service, is available at a competitive per line / minute rate. Web Moderator, an enhanced feature of Ready Conference, compliments the audio portion of each call through your personal computer, at no additional charge.

Call Express
"Fully Automated"
CA Affinity's Call Express service is fully automated and allows you to set conference calls on a per call basis. Each conference call is scheduled through CA Affinity and includes both toll and toll-free calling for participants. Call Express Toll means that each participant will pay for their own long distance charges while the conferencing host pays only the per minute bridging charges. Call Express Toll-Free will charge the conference host for the entire cost of the call.

Corporate
"Higher Level of Service"
CA Affinity's corporate conference calling service provides higher levels of service to you, including operator involvement in various aspects of the call, as determined by the host's needs. Attendee introductions and roll call, access to an operator, fax or call notification and recording or transcription are some of the additional services available. Participants can call in toll, toll-free or elect to have a conference operator call out to them.

Corporate Plus
"Heightened Security - CA Affinity's Best"
This premier conference call service includes heightened security and operator attendance in combination with the other available service associated with our corporate level of conference calling. This service is typically reserved for meetings with a large number of attendees or meetings of a sensitive nature where greater security and reporting are an issue. Participants can call in toll, toll-free or elect to have a conference operator call out to them. Corporate Plus brings a higher level of security, accounting and monitoring. Operator assisted Q & A sessions are also available.
