Account codes allow businesses to categorize communication expenses. Simply dial the
two to five digit account codes after the phone number you are calling. (Account codes
cannot exceed five digits in length.) Your choice of validated or non-validated codes provides
a simple, efficient way to track calls made by an individual employee, department, or project.
Non-Validated Codes
Your company controls the account codes exclusively, which gives you the ability to change
or reassign codes at any time, without contacting CA Affinity. To change a code, the caller simply
dials different digits at the end of the specified number. Any combination of digits will work as
long as they are two to five digits in length. You keep track of what code has been assigned
to what project. Call for pricing information.
Validated Codes
Validated account codes (also referred to as ID codes) provide for greater security. A caller
must know the pre-assigned code to complete a call. Unlike non-validated codes, CA Affinity
must be notified of additions or deletions to your selections. Employees must enter the correct
validated code or the phone call will be denied. With validated codes, unauthorized calls
are minimized and you prevent calls to undefined codes. Your invoice will show call activity
by account code. At a glance, you can determine who placed calls, the destination of the call,
time of call, length and cost. Call for pricing information.
